Rooms & Facilities

These are more than just rooms. They're homes within a home. It's not for nothing that many residents affectionately refer to them as 'apartments'. Each has its own brightly coloured, numbered door – complete with a mock letterbox. There are personalised touches, including specially designed furniture for those with dementia or sensory impairments. And all are equipped with state-of-the-art safety features, such as infrared motion sensors and optional door alarms. For an extra touch of luxuriance, residents also enjoy access to spacious wet rooms and Arjo Malibu baths.

Communal Spaces

With Cary Lodge Care Home, we're proud to have created a community where everyone feels part of the family. Our shared spaces are where that community thrives. Residents enjoy three bright, inviting lounges with direct access to our secure garden, plus a colourful dining room, alive with jangling cutlery and happy conversation. These are purpose-built, thoughtfully designed spaces where residents can forge friendships, take part in our activities or simply relax. That's why we've included cosy seating areas and a newly renovated terrace with picturesque views of Cary Park.

The Garden

We know that time spent outdoors is quality time – and our secure, south-facing garden is where many residents feel most content. Surrounded by trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers, it remains a vibrant yet tranquil space all year round. And with a potting shed, veg trug and wall planters, there's always something to stimulate the senses and inspire activity. The garden backs directly onto leafy, lively Cary Park and is designed to the highest standards of accessibility and safety.
