Our policy is very simple: there are no set visiting hours. You're welcome and encouraged to visit regularly – and at a time that suits you.
It all comes down to our motto, 'Your Family, Our Family'. For more than 20 years, we've fostered close and lasting bonds with residents' loved ones. It's because we believe that family is at the heart of high-quality, compassionate care.
What you do on your visit is up to you...
We'd be delighted to arrange a shopping trip or a local walk. Or why not take part in one of our regular themed events and activities? The more, the merrier.
Or you could simply catch up over a cuppa and bask in the warmth of our happy little community.
While you're here, our managers and staff are on hand to answer questions and keep you updated. And when you can't visit in person, you can stay connected through Relatives Gateway. This secure online portal lets you exchange messages, share treasured photographs and enjoy meaningful moments together – even at a distance.
And please – feel free to share your thoughts. Your feedback is critical because it helps us deliver the exceptional care your loved one deserves. That's why we invite you to complete a feedback questionnaire once per year. You'll also attend a yearly Families and Friends Meeting, where we outline our plans and give you the opportunity to shape our care.
